1.Overview of 5~15 ton waste tire pyrolysis recycling machine:The waste tire oil refining equipment will split the waste tire at high temperature to obtain tire oil, carbon black and steel wire, so as to realize the maximum recycling of waste resources. This series of refining equipment is an environmental friendly and pollution-free thermal cracking treatment method for waste tires. Lifeier Shangqiu Branch is a professional technology production enterprise, which has been focusing on the effective utilization of waste for many years. The reaction kettle is made of professional boiler plate steel Q345R, 16 / 18mm thick. The cooling effect of the box cooler in the operation process of the equipment can reach 180m, and the oil yield can reach 40% - 45%.
2.Working principle of 5~15 ton waste tire pyrolysis recycling machine:The waste tire refining equipment refers to the process of breaking the polymer with unsaturated bond in the main chain of rubber under anaerobic or anoxic conditions and appropriate temperature. The products are mainly monomers, dimers and fragments. The products are re polymerized into a variety of olefins, so as to remove volatile substances and form solid carbon. The products are mainly fuel oil, cracked gas and other storable energy, carbon black and steel wire The composition of the product varies with the pyrolysis mode and temperature.

4.At present, the pyrolysis plant is divided into three types: batch type, semi-continuous, and continuous type.
1).Batch Type Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Machine:
Performance Feature
- Whole tyre feed,no need to break, which reduces cost.

Technological Process- Tyre transported to reactor by conveyor to pyrolyze.
- Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.
- Coarse carbon black and steel wire from pyrolysis are output by automatic slag remover, transported to carbon black processing system by cooling hoist. Separate steel wire and carbon black through the magnetic separator,to get industrial carbon black and steel wire.
- Steel wire pulled out by winch,compressed into pieces,and do steel scrap process.

2).Semi Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant:
Performance Feature
- Integral design, no need to precast foundation, quick and easy installation.
- Airtight high temperature material feed, saving heating time and reduce the temperature loss.
- Adopt multilevel cooling design to get more fuel oil.
- Hot air heating, unique heat cycle design, heated more evenly, reducing the operating cost.

Technological Process- Broken tyre transported to feeder firstly by conveyor, then to reactor.
- Oil and gas from pyrolysis go into gas-liquid separating tower and separate, and enter into condenser to liquify , to get fuel oil, then enter into oil storage tank.

3).Fully Continuous Waste Tyre Pyrolysis Plant:
Performance Feature
- Internal screw rotatory pyrolysis. No coking.
- Hot melt processing in advance, process generated HCL specially, more environmental protection.
- Adopt multilevel cooling design, to get more fuel oil.
- Hot air heat, cooperated with low temperature pyrolysis catalyst, extend working life of plant.
- Enclosed production all the way, no leakage and no dust loss, environmental protection.
- Exhaust gas multistage processed, gas discharge reach European Standard level.
Technological Process- Waste tyre and medical waste sent into fuel preheater by conveyor to melt. Process generated HCL specially.
- Melted fuel continuously sent into reactor, and finish pyrolysis under low pressured catalyst.
- After generated gas during pyrolysis separates in gas-liquid separator, liquify in condenser and get fuel oil. After fixed bed second catalyst and dewaxing , can get the fuel oil with high quality.
- Carbon residue after pyrolysis output continuously by cooling conveyor, and made to be carbon rod as fuel.
- Flammable gas goes into exhaust gas treatment tank to desulfur, then extracted by vacuum pump and enter into water sealed tank, sent to hot air stove to burn.

Installation, Guarantee and Sales-after service:
(1) Installation and Commissioning: The seller shall send at least one engineer to the buyer's assigned place at agreed time by both parties to conduct installation, commissioning and training of sold machines. The cost which may be including salary of 150USD per day, Accommodation, Round tickets, Meals, Transportation, Essential tools etc. during engineer service process shall be borne by the buyer. Seller should burden the visa application, but buyer should help on the documents, etc.
(2) Guarantee of quality: The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and of first class workmanship, brand new, and comply in all respects with the quality and specifications and performance as stipulated in this Contract. The Seller shall guarantee that the goods, when correctly installed, properly operated and maintained, shall give satisfactory performance for a period of 12months after the day of completion of installations. Human faults or wearing parts not included in the quality guarantee.
(3)Coverage:The warranty foresees the supply, free of charge, of the parts of the machine that get broken due to manufacturing defects.The warranty does not cover damages and/or loss of production due to machine stops or for the bad running caused by the damage.
The warranty does not cover the time required for the arrival of the new parts.
